Boynton Beach

The municipal Beach is located at 6415 North Ocean Blvd, Ocean Ridge, 6.5 miles (17 minutes) from La Paloma. The beach is open 365 days a year, from sunrise to 21h. Lifeguards are on duty every day from 9h to 17h. On site you will find the following facilities: toilets, showers, restaurant, picnic tables, BBQ. 

Deerfield Beach

Certainly one of the most beautiful beach on the east coast of Florida with its blue water similarto the Caribbeans Visit the Pier of Deerfield Beach or one of the several facilities such as the bike paths or footpaths. There are also restrooms and several parking areas near the beach.

Fort Lauderdale Beach

The Fort Lauderdale Beach is certainly one of the best known of Florida. The beach has several kilometers long and offers numerous parking areas. It is located at about 40 minutes from La Paloma park and is easily accessible from highway 95.

Shop at Sawgrass Mills

Located at less than one hour from La Paloma, this shopping center is one of the largest in Florida, where you will find valet parking service, several excellent restaurants such as P.F. Chang and manyothers as well as all the popular brands and all major stores under the same roof.

Palm Beach Airport

Only about 10 miles from La Paloma, it is easily accessible via Interstate 95.It is a modern airport serving many popular destinations.

Fort Lauderdale Airport

The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is an international airport. It is located 41 miles (40 minutes) from La Paloma, in Broward County. All services are easily accessible; luggage storage, duty free shops, restaurants, car rentals.

Palm Beach Outlets

Palm Beach Outlets is a 440,000 square foot shopping center in West Palm Beach. It is located at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes West Palm Beach Blvd, 16 miles (20 minutes) from La Paloma. Palm Beach Outlets has over 100 stores, including favorites such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Nike, and many more.

Green Cay Wetlands

Green Cay Wetlands is a nature reserve located at 12800 Hagen Ranch Rd in Boynton Beach. The 100-acre property is located 6.7 miles (12 minutes) from La Paloma. The park, consists of footbridges over the wetlands, where you can admire a multitude of birds, several species of turtles and gators. Do not forget your camera. The park is open 7 days a week, from sunrise to sunset, however, the nature center is open only from Wednesday to Saturday. Access and parking are free.

John Prince Memorial Park

John Prince Memorial Park is a park located at 2700 6th Ave S, in Lake Worth, 6.7 miles (14 minutes) from La Paloma. The park covers 726.36 acres, it has literally everything to please, a 7-km hiking trail that winds along Osborne Lake. A 1 km long fitness trail with 20 training stations, 4 basketball courts, bike path. Children's play area, picnic area, water park, softball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts. Parking and public toilets on site.

The Wakodahatchee Wetlands

The Wakodahatchee Wetlands opened in 1996, are located in Delray Beach at 13026 Jog Road. Constructed on 50 acres of previous wastewater utility property, the created wetlands are free and open to the public. Wakodahatchee features a three-quarter mile boardwalk that crosses between open water pond areas and islands with shrubs and snags to foster nesting and roosting.  The boardwalk has interpretive signage as well as gazebos with benches along the way. This site is part of the South section of the Great Florida Birding Trail and offers many opportunities to observe birds in their natural habitats. Over 178 bird species have been identified there, along with turtles, alligators, rabbits, fish, frogs and raccoons.
